Steps to Resolve
Step 1
1. Call central station and put the system in test mode.
Step 2
2. Power off the system at the panel and disconnect IT-100.
Step 3
3. Use same wiring configuration to connect new IT-100 to panel and power cycle system.
Step 4
4. At DSC keypad, enter Section 902 (wait 1 minute) folowed by Section 903.
Step 5
5. IT-100 will show up as Keypad 8
